This is a MINT, excellent vintage gold-tone chain necklace with leaf design pendant top from LANVIN back in the 90's.
Featuring clear and navy color crystal stones and "LANVIN GERMANY" letter logo in the back of the pendant top.
At the end has the logo shape motif charm.
